Intro to Comedy Writing and Performance - Sunday Afternoon

This course teaches the basics of comedy writing and stage performance for stand-up and sketch comedy.   

-If you want to add humor to your public speaking.

-If you dabble in comedy and want some introductory professional techniques.

-If you are funny with your friends, and want to be funny in front of strangers as well.

-If you love comedy, and want an organized group of people to write comedy with.

We will focus on different writing techniques/styles as well as the different aspects of performing the aforementioned styles of comedy. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

And of course, there is gonna be a show after the workshop for all the participants.  😉🎙

We meet once a week for an hour for 7 weeks from January 26th to March 15th with no class on February the 16th. It is seven classes with a show on the 28th of March.
