Ithaca Festival Comedy Fest: Covid 22

Comedy On The Commons is back with the Remember The Ithaca Festival Comedy Fest. The Ithaca Festival is postponed, but the comedy is going online!  We are going Virtual and bringing this event to you!

Robby Leon is a standup comic, writer and podcaster based in Brooklyn, NY.  As a comic, he has performed all over the country, from clubs and dive bars in the south to alt rooms and clubs in NYC. His weekly Manhattan show "Monday Night Slob" was featured in the New York Comedy Festival, and he has also been a featured performer in the Asheville Comedy Festival and the Cleveland Comedy Festival.

Matt Fishman is a New York City-based comic who has performed all over the 5 boroughs...and one time in Pittsburgh!  He also produces and hosts Laughter Hours at QED in Astoria, Queens.  Matt does comedy on the side of his regular job and he has no plans to change that because his job has healthcare.  His favorite animal is the penguin.

Tom Willard began doing standup comedy in 2016 at age 58 despite being deaf and having no stage experience.  Since then, he has performed at about 60 venues in a dozen cities including Cleveland, Toronto and New York, where he has appeared at Carolines on Broadway and the Comedy Cellar.  He talks and uses sign language on stage, making his act accessible to hearing and deaf people alike.

Laura Merli is an NYC-based standup comedian, actress, and writer. She was the first runner up in the The Ladies of Laughter stand up competition, appeared in the Rogue Island Comedy festival, the Women in Comedy Festival, the Cinder Block Comedy Festival, and hosts a monthly show (Epic) at one of the best spots in Brooklyn for alt-comedy, Cherry Tree bar.
